HELLO!!!

and yes, after nearly 6 mths hiatus! im back blogging! hahaha.. not permanently though, so dont expect too much! anw, just want to blog about recent happenings, esp, my langkawi trip!! firstly, ooohh blogger.com has a new interface kinda thing! which auto draft save!!!!! last time i used to have to retype everything cus i disconnected and didnt save!! yay to technology!

in the april-jun-july period, there was alot of sequels playing on the big screen! and i got the chance to catch most of it!! and i enjoyed it, although i ended up being fairly broke!

also, recently got my results, quite disappointing, not my other modules but my project module that i got a D+ for! so thanks alot supervisor! *curses*

kk, so the most important thing that has happened exactly one month ago is the fact that me and my ECE frens went to the beautiful island of Langkawi during the first week of our holidays, i.e 27th Aug - 31th Aug! it has got to be THE most memorable camp/outing/R&R ive ever been to! i went there knowing only a few and came back with truckloads of friends and acquaintances! im glad! im happy when my network widens! haa! and not only that, we got to do the most amazing things like jet-skiing, banana boat riding, a 710m cable-car ride! (yes, 710m!) and my favourite of the trip, our snorkelling expedition at coral island! and what does a trip mean to me if we didnt take pics! so hmm, total count, i have at least 3Gig worth of Langkawi pictures! that's enough to last me a lifetime of reminiscing!

k so here's a not-so-brief recap of what went on during the 27-31 Aug trip!

first day-

i met up with jamal and we headed to skul where we met the rest of them, other ppl who were going for the Langkawi trip! supposedly the bus was going to leave at 7pm, but we waited and waited till ard 8pm then the bus arrived la. so we boarded, not after a camwhoring session in school! god, we took alot of pictures la.. almost 2 GIG worth at the end of the trip.. haha.. it was going to be a loooonnnggg journey, so we stacked up on supplies for the journey.. chips and drinks etc etc..i was soo fcking excited... seriously!!! i was soo excited to spend time with my frens! haha.

initially i was only talking to my group of frens, thig, sy, lx, bt and jon..there were a few familiar faces that ive seen in ece and also jamal's friends, but ive never talked to them before, until the end of the trip! didnt expect to meet new frens on this trip!.. on the bus, we(year3) talked to the others.. like the year 1 ppl!! they were cool la.. nice people! hahaha.. they are; linchang, dione, nurul, amaline, shawn c, shawn t, shawn q! haha.. and yea, there were 3 different shawns.. haha..

k so anw, we had 2 break stops along the way.. the most looked forward break i think.. took pics even during break, the camera was never far from my reach! so then, took a 1 hr ferry ride, reached langkawi.. took pictures at the langkawi eagle there.. took group pics and stuff.. it was fun la! the scenery was beautiful!!!!! omg, langkawi rocks man.. langkawi with frens is even better! hahaha.. we were supposed to go trekking at seven-wells waterfall and cable-car riding on the first day, but the weather when we were there was unpredictable la.. it kept on raining and then stopped raining then rain again..spoiler man.. haha..

so first day we went shopping and lunch at some restaurant.. haha..then we checked into the Langkasuka Resort and had the whole day to rest! haha.. at nite, me, thig and amri went to the karoake lounge! the year ones were there.. haha.. karoake was damn fun la! though i think i sang like crap, but we had fun la! no doubt! hahaha..we sang boybands and stuff! got a few people who had realli nice voices sia.. haha. kk, so after that, we were alredy tired from the long bus journey, so everyone went to bed early.. while the other guys went to drink till they were quite drunk.. haha...!

second day-

wow.. second day was quite pack la..we left for coral island ard 8am for snorkelling!!! i was soo excited!! cus its like my first time snorkelling..so we took a 1hr20mins boat ride to coral island!(everywhere we go seems soo long.)haha.. we went to the deck after the boat started moving.. haha.. and it was raining, and FREEZING cold man! cus the boat was moving fast, and it was raining quite heavy.. camwhoring session again on the boat..

when we reached coral island, i made it clear to EVERYONE that i cannot swim!! hahaha.. and they were kind enough help bring us ard.. just in case.. we went snorkelling amongst the sharks and fishes for i guessing ard 7hrs? cus we left coral island only at 4.. but it was time worth spending!! every single minute of it was fun! i realli enjoyed myself la! i even managed to swim alone, got the confidence abit ar.. haha..

then the guys even "BATTLED" on the bouys! we played gladiator-esque kinda thing.. we pushed ppl off the platform! so fun man.. i kinda bastard some of them, they help me up the platform, then i pushed them down..well, at least it was easy for them to go up themselves, i took so long to go up, but so fast to fall into the water.. hahaha..!! so embarrasing.. i even had to climb into linchang&friends' bouy for my own safety!! hahaha!! it was fun man.. i even pushed the year ones la.. haha.. got once the poor guy, linchang was climbing up himself, like lying on the bouy and climbing, then i just simply pushed him into the water.. hahaa.. poor guy! sorry!! hahaha.. lol..

we were soo tanned and tired after snorkelling for so long.. but they didnt care, they made us go trekking to the seven wells thingy! but it was great la.. it was sooo picturesque, i didnt mind the walk!! hahaha.. took more pics there.. so beautiful the waterfall.. hahaha..

ok then, we went for dinner and then we went to the pasar malam where we had 45 mins! 45 mins only!!? wtf rite! so i scout the place in hopes to find something gd la.. whatever i saw i just grabbed, i wont be going there again u know.. so just buy, since its cheap also.. haha.. omg la.. the chendol there was omfg awesomeeeee.. it was sooo creamy and sweet and omg.. i realli love msian chendol compared to singapore chendol.. hahaha..

then, got back to the resort.. at nite we had like a small gathering at the girl's room, thig and lx bought satays for us to share.. so we ate and drank there.. talked, played cards and watch lord of the rings.. hahahaa.. so fun!! and of cus take pictures! then we were distracted by the loud noises outside! the guys were drunk! like really drunk!!!! jonathan was drunk.. dead drunk.. BUT HE'S OKAY! his room smells of alcohol.. kane couldnt even slp there. hahaha.. so funny, seeing their antics! there were other funny stories, but i shant say.. hahaha.. that was better than tv i think!.. ok, so all that happened till ard 2 am or after.. then we went to slp! we were tired and tmr would be a long day man...

third day-

my room woke up late.. hahaha.. after breakfast.. we had to pack our stuff cus we'll be checking out in the afternoon.. hahahah.. but then.. we made our way to some beach there first.. reached there, had to wait for negotiations between our guides and the ppl there.. so we played beach soccer first.. played for quite long sia.. hahaha.. and the beautiful beach for jet-skiing and banana-boat rides!! hahaha.. it was damn fun la! got more tanned there.. banana boat was fun.. i was the first batch to go.. i went with shawn and gang.. i kinda left thig alone..i was soo excited alredy la.. somemore we were the only group that they brought along the longer route.. they cut short the route cus the rain was getting heavier.. then we went jet-skiing! jet-skiing rocks man.. though it was scary, but it still rocks! hahaha i drove and jamal sat behind.. haha.. it was damn scary, esp every turn we tried to make! hahaha.. eventually we just went back to beach.. jamal went to play soccer and i went for more banana boat rides.. hahaha..

we head back to the resort to check out.. couldnt be late or we'd have to pay extra.. so rushed to finish packing.. hahaha then, after that we went for our cable car ride, by that time it was alredy ard 1+pm.. at first from wayyy below.. the cable car didnt seem that scary! haha.. but hey, wait till u actually take the cable car and it leaves the first stations! its fucking high i tell you.. i was SOOO scared i didnt let anyone move! hahahaha..but having the people in my cart made it difficult-sy,lx&bf,thig,haini and me.. they were moving ard and i was scared shit! haha

it was funny, should have taken more vids when we were in the cable car.. hahaa.. going up isnt as bad as going down!!! going down, u felt like the cable car was gonna fall straight down to the ground... ill post pics of how fucking steep the cable car decended on! haha.. going down i was with amri,thig and kane..we kinda screamed on the way down..
after the cable car ride, we went for late lunch ard 4 pm at our FAVOURITE seafood restaurant!.. before we headed for last minute shopping at the ferry terminal.. hahaha.. then we took the 630pm ferry to reach the main island at 730 and take the 8pm bus ride home! haha.. in the bus.. i tried to sit at my original seat when we arrived! hahaha.. for some particular reason!! hehehe!!!.. cant say..

k anw, another 12 hrs journey home was extended by traffic jams when there were hordes of mat rempits racing around in their merdeka spirits.. so we actually reached singapore late.. at one of the stops, bought chewing gum and did more last minute shopping and then we left for singapore, bfore one last breakfast stop.. hahaha. reached skul ard 10 plus.. went home and slpt till 5pm!!!.. hahahah

the whole experience was an unforgettable one for me personally, it wasnt like the sec 3 Pulau Pangkor trip where i wasnt too happy with some ppl.. this one made me realise the importance of enjoying ur teenage adolescent life! i take with me lotsa great memories and pages of stories to tell! and made new additions to my msn contacts and phone list at the same time! i guess id say they did a great job at planning this trip, cus we were treated like friends instead of teacher-students, and the activities were really fun.. and i felt closer to everyone after the trip! and i hope the people did too! haha..
