hey, ive decided to start writing my memories of my 3 years in poly tonight.. note that i have somewhat of a BAD case of stm... so ill write what i can rmb..

so here i go...haha

i didnt get my laptop like bfore sch started, a few days after i guess.. and first day was dreadful cus i didnt know anybody's name and i always confused the girls' names - jingyi, lixin and siyan.. all sounded the same to me.. haha!

also, there was this separation, like 2 grps of us, the grp who went for the orientation, and the grp who didnt go for orientation.. haha
didnt really talked to much ppl when i just started sch, and i always meet up with jamal or kumar for lunch.. but eventually, it came natural to talk to everyone.. and we were close during the first 3 sems..

i clearly rmb that i was a techno-IDIOT! yes, tech-idiot... i got free thumbdrive that came with the laptop.. i didnt know what it was, and asked ard what it was for.. i thought it was a THUMB thingy...didnt know it was for storing/transferring stuff..

my classmates thought me everything i need to know about laptops and all those tech stuff!
i didnt know how to zip/unzip folders, didnt know how to hide folders and didnt know how to install stuff.. but they taught me everything..

it was in year 2 that i started playing games the com, games like Warcraft, NFS and CS!!! first time oK!... really man, im really greatful for me A2 classmates... for helping me learn soo much about computers..

let's see, what happened in year 1... ooohh, year 1 was the first time i went for a chalet.. it was a class chalet.. it was rockin fun man! i really loved the people of A2... we were really close then...
there was always the few who were always there for any class outings and stuff..
hmm, me, karthig, amri, siyan, wei lung, shah & jy..

going for chalet is like sharing 2 nights in close proximity with ur friends.. it always bonds people.. and bond we did!
those 2 days, those people shared alot with me, shared the bed, the bad hair days, the toilet, the food that we cooked.. it is those small things that bond ppl u know..
we took down the mattresses and put it together on the floor and 5 of us slpt together! that was really cool la.. so family-ish!
i still rmb, it was in this order, wei lung, me, siyan, karthig, jy and amri.. haha.. if im not wrong, but i know wl and sy was slping next to me. haha
and, not everyone has seen my "ronald macdonald" hair without gel on, but they did..

first nite, we had bbq~
moreover, the second night was the first day of fasting.. and we ordered mac in the early morning and me and amri had our fasting that day.. haha

it was really memorable la.. loved the chalet..

we also had a bbq over at clement's place in year 1.. that was nice also.. an all guy's affair.. no girls were there..and there were gd food.. hahaha..

after a few wks in sch, i rmbed that we always go everywhere together.. lunch and we always go out.. watch movies etc..
those were the days..
those were also the days where lecturers feared us! haha..
cus we were atrocious i tell u!

but on the whole, year 1 was the best year in poly i think! it was seriously fun fun fun!.. and the people were really wonderful.. i think ill miss them much.. even though its a lil diff now.. ill miss the time when all of us were in sync with each other's craziness.. hhaaha..
