ok, so im gonna post a few "main" pictures that ive recieved from syaz! enjoy looking through cus its worth every second of ur time! HAHA
the pics are really nice also, very high quality! hehe..

omg, i still cant believe that i just returned from the Maroon 5 concert!!! wwwoooooooo!!!! HAHA..

ok, so for those who's asking so how was it?

it was, in one word, AWESOME!!

surprisingly adam levine's voice sounded really really good!!
compared to when Maroon 5 first came into the scene, where adam was still trying to find that unique voice..
now, its totally different la..

his voice sounds soo nice and polished, JUST like the CD!! we really enjoyed the concert man!!

we were super excited the moment we were there ~ we kept checking our cameras, and i kept asking syaz to take out her cam, cus i didnt wanna miss a single opportunity to take a pic!

and thank you syaz, for bringing your camera!

ok we got to take a few vids during the concert, during songs like "Wont Go Home Without You", "This Love" and "Sunday Morning", and a few others! i was secretly taking the vids la.. hahaa.. but it was worth it!

and i got to take alot of nice shots of the whole thing!! woooottsss!!!

ok, we all agreed that the concert was really fun and stuff, but there was one problem - the concert was TOO SHORT!!
it was only like 1 hr 15 mins! cus it started ard 830pm and ended at 945pm!

like everyone was so shocked la.. that it ended already! we were quite stunned.. cus they suddenly just bowed, the drummer Matt Flynn threw his drumsticks and they left!
i was like ~ huh?! its over already?!
EVEN Westlife was wayy longer than that lar! they even came back for an encore with 2 songs!!

so we were just sitting there dont know what to do.. were abit clueless, we were thinking mayb they would come back, but like everyone started to leave, and the seats became empty.. haha
that's when we finally realised it was over.. that fast.. 100 bucks..

ok, after recovering from the shock, we went out.. went down the escalator, and as we were walking, we heard slight screaming.. then more people started to scream... i immediately knew it could be the M5 van! cus y would ppl be screaming otherwise?!..

so i ran really fast towards the crowd la! and i think i saw the girls running behind me..
and omg it was the guy's van!! hahaha..
started snapping pics! can see abit only cus their van was half covered.. only can see Matt and Mickey Madden sitting at the back seats!! haha but heck care! still Maroon 5!!

i was really close to the van, like literally touching it, then i went and knocked on the window where Matt was sitting! hahaha and he turned ard and i waved la..
then i got shoo-ed away by the security.. LOL
gd thing still managed to take some "paparazzi-esque" shots! haha..
note that all this while the van was moving slowly, and the cars behind were honking..

i think that i just get star struck la when i see these stars.. cus normally we'd only see them on tv and stuff, and to actually see them up close like that.. even to the point of knocking on their van is surreal!

i told the girls that if that was Michael Jackson, i think id faint! seriously..
ill really faint..
oohh ya! anw, prada told me he's been to a michael jackson concert bfore! and he said it was ard 5 hrs! 5 hrs?! i can imagine la.. he's a real entertainer! M5 only 1.15 hrs lei!

anyhoos, the "directionally challenged" girls - nas and syaz, took us on the wrong bus that was going to bedok mrt instead of bukit merah interchange.. tsk tsk, to trust those 2 with direction...

went there instead, and went to Macs to eat.. then syaz ALMOST got ran over by a bus, and we were kindly driven home by hafiz...

so yeah, today was a wonderful day!!!

im newly in love with Maroon 5's Nothing Last Forever, a song they collaborated with kanye west, which i just found out just now when adam levine told announced!

oh and we got to see quite a number of local stars.. we saw the DJ Jamie Yeo, then got to take pic of the "Deal or No Deal" hottie Andrea Fonseka (she was haawwwttt!!!), Olinda Cho (she sat right in front of rashiqah!! but she soon changed seats cus it was the wrong seat), and we saw Paul Twohill (who thinks that he's THAT popular) and couple more others..

but today's concert was really really good.. and i had my friends to share the experience with!! im a happy camper! =)

today sure beat going for westlife alone! (but it cannot beat westlife as westlife! haha!)

thanks rashiqah, suzana, nasriah, syaz and yana who were there to share fun and the embarrassment of singing and dancing without knowing all the lyrics! HAHA!.. you guys are great lar.. (see im praising you!)

some people can definitely piss the fuck out of me.
im serious, im not normally very hostile towards people, but some ppl's behaviour seriously makes me think twice about being nice...

some a.hs are just two-faced fckers.. they will initially give that nice persona, that kind person vibe.. but after a while, their true colours show..
and some just brag about everything, and talk non-stop..
that if that's not irritating enough, when they start being tough and smart on you, that's the final straw..
i can say ive endured quite alot, but ive always kept a smile..

but i'd like to remind people that, i can be very nasty. and im serious.
its better if you are on my good side, rather than the bad.. cus honestly, ill fucking take you to hell and let u burn as i watch, smiling. =)

this year's season of american idol i think is one of the best seasons ever! apart from having a wide array of capable and talented gals and lads, there's also the presence of the guest coaches - one of which is Mariah Carey!! its freaking mariah carey u know!! wow, that would be an amazzziinnngg night for those guys!

mariah is one of the few others that will be coaching the top 10 in the other wks, Dolly Parton, Lord Andrew Lyodd Webber ( Phantom of the Opera ), Neil Diamond, and there's one more i think but i forgot..

wow, all are legends in their own right.. having mariah there is enough...
IF michael jackson was there, noww, that'd be a different case all together.. they wont have to have any other guest coaches lar if he's there.. HAHA..

anyhoo, i have my favourites every year, and this year's no different.. definitely my favourite to win, is David Archuleta!!
his voice is oh my gawd awesome! if only i could sing like him...... id be soo freaking happy la.. such a pure voice...
the other is the dreadlock guy.. err cant rmb his name.. haha.. his very talented i think, his voice is also very controlled.. i also like the black girl.. she did a very good performance during beatle's night number 2!

work.

that's the only thing that ive been doing for the second wk now..

social life?

not at the very least.

ive been working almost 6 days a wk.. and im getting sooo exhausted.. physically, cus we have to stand from 5-11pm.. and mentally cus i dont get enough slp...and the paper work, is really tiring my brains out..

but im in a complex position - for one, i really dont enjoy having to stand whole day, spend countless dollars on transportation and stuff... but also on the other hand, i kinda enjoy it, i enjoy talking to people, interacting with ppl ( not the bastard ones though), and having fun with the new colleagues..

i have not seen my friends in hmm more than a wk or so? that's a long time.. considering that when i was working in shangri-la, i was going out almost everyday after work..

but nvm, ill just work hard! i have ppl's money to pay, and i wanna go shoppin too! *please note that my shopping ISNT the same as when SYAZ goes shopping..*

in this work, taking "off" isnt really taking off.. i still am going back to the office to do paperwork.. haiyah soo taxing man...

this coming sunday will be taking off, since im going to attend syaz's bro's wedding.. and next wk, i have something to look forward to, MAROON 5 CONCERT!!! WOOTS! yes, i AM GOING!! hahaha.. well, thanks to my wonderful friends.. haha..

i miss you guys much! =)

OMG...
im actually like doing some paper work for work tmr......

but....

i suddenly had a bad case of rush of emotions..
i think i am even tearing right now.. gosh...

the reason?
ZAHRA!!

cus i commented on zahra's friendster about how long ive not seen them and that we should go out..

then zahra comment on mine, saying "fiq!!!!!!!!!!! im here im here... dun wori im not gg anywer.hehe... yeah i missing u guys too... as for me, im so stuck up at hme!! Oh Gosh!! ya im planning to have a gathering nex mth "

as i read the "fiq!!! im here im here", im reminded of the comfort of having a friend.. and that comfort is currently not here! all my friends are not with me everyday anymore...
u know how when u were a child, and if u were lost or something and screaming and crying, and ur mother would come to you and say "dont worry boy, im here im here" and hug you... its that feeling of comfort, security and the feeling of knowing someone is there for you..

that was the feeling i sudd got reading zahra's comment la! so thanks zahra.. for making me feel like ive not exactly lost u guys..

arrgghh im feeling worst right now as im writing this..
i know i haven exactly been an awesome friend cus ive been neglecting everyone by going to work.. but hey, if i work, i earn, i can go out, i can spend time with u guys..
i guess u have to look at it like that..

k i shall give my word here, if u wanna go out with me, just tell me the day and time k! ill make sure ill take off that day... anyone of uu..
i really hate this - not seeing my friends... its only been ard 1 mth long, but it seems like an eternity man..
arrggghhH!!!

as i visited nav's multiply site and viewed the 160+ pictures they took when they went to the second Langkawi fieldtrip, i reminisced on the time WE were at Langkawi in August last year.. that was the best 5 days 4 nights of my whole poly years...
it was an awesome, fun, memorable experience..

i still vividly remember how frustrated we were that it kept on raining from day 1, and alot of activities were cancelled as a result... but the teachers and guides, being the understanding lot they are, were persistent in making that trip one of our best trips, in the end managed to pull it off...
or isit mayb they just didnt want to disappoint over 100 students.. hahah go figure.. but in any case, i really appreciate that they tried their best..

we did everything that was stated we would be doing on the "list".. i was happy.. cus, it that 5 days, i bonded with my friends, my friend's friends, and just about anyone.. its fieldtrips like this that make you feel grateful for the group of friends you have!

when we went there were ard 110 of us? hmm, there were 3 buses, one bus about 30-40 ppl.. it was a huge undertaking, bringing over 100 teenagers for a fieldtrip... haha.. but at the end of it, i can say on behalf of the others that every single teen that went for the Langkawi trip had the best time of their lives..

the best parts of the whole August trip was firstly, the company (the friends), the cable car ride, the jet-skiing, the banana boat ride and the water-wrestling we had at Coral Island.. even though its been about 6 mths, its still quite clear to me, the picturesque landscape, the smiling faces, and i can even still hear the laughter that we shared...

the moment of pure male bonding was when all the guys were on the floats at Coral Island wrestling.. haha! that was really really fun... arrggghhh.. when can i ever do that again?! mayb NEVER!! i was glad i was there playing.. it was like being in those kiddy palaces man... but with bruises and cuts and stuff.. haha..!
somehow i felt like i know the guys better when we were there playing, then bfore, when i didnt know all of them..
as a friend once said, you'll never know how close you are till you have suffered together... mayb that's the kinda suffering that made us friends!

fun is an understatement i would say... it was more than fun, it was 5 days of problem-free, mindless fun!
i have to admit, even the Pulau Pangkor field trip in sec3 couldnt match the fun-level...
but that, is fun in its own right, it was 4 days spent with my secondary sch friends, the emotionally attached kinda friends...

and the wonders of a simple device called the Camera... that device captured the only memories of both Pangkor and Langkawi, be it in film or digital...
i seriously wanna THANK the person who came up with such a genius invention...

i hope everyone of us do keep in contact and smile! =)

(p.s alot of ppl have said that my font is too small.. soo i kinda made it a lil bigger, hope its easier to read.. haha.. thanks for visiting! )
